Our will be are shipped from China to the world by the fastest air freight method, and usually take 7-15 working days to arrive at your home.
The doll will be packed in a plain cardboard box. There is no label on the box to show the contents. No one knows what is inside.
You will receive a tracking number about 2 days after shipment. Shipping time varies depending on your location. During holidays (New Year’s holiday, Christmas, National Day, Lunar New Year, etc.), processing and delivery time may be delayed. Please contact us for an estimate.

【Returns and Refunds】
Refund Policy
We support 7-day return and exchange service, which is only applicable to orders within 7 natural days after receiving the goods. Therefore, buyers need to apply for return within 7 natural days after receiving the goods. Click here to learn more.
- If customers want to return the goods within 7 natural days, they need to pay 20% handling fee + shipping fee + return shipping fee.
7-day return and exchange service is only for orders shipped from overseas warehouses in some countries (the United States, EU countries). Factory shipments, custom orders, or orders from other countries do not enjoy return service. - For in-stock orders that have not been shipped after payment, buyers can apply for cancellation of orders and refund within 6 hours after payment. A full refund will be made within 5 days.
- For in-stock orders that have been paid for more than 6 hours but have not been shipped, if the buyer requests to cancel the order and request a refund, the buyer needs to pay a 20% handling fee.
- For in-stock orders that have been shipped, buyers need to pay 20% handling fee shipping fee. If the buyer requests to cancel the order and request a refund, they also need to pay the return shipping fee.
Please note: Returns are not accepted within 7 days after delivery. All return orders are subject to AToyDoll’s return policy!
For the following 7-day returns and exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping and return shipping and 20% handling fee. Shipping + return shipping + 20% handling fee will be deducted from the total payment amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
- The 7-day return service is only applicable to orders within 7 natural days after delivery.
- For orders where the customer refuses to accept the package or requests to cancel the order after delivery.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons that cannot be delivered.
- For orders returned to us after the customer requested to pick up the goods at the UPS/Fedex express delivery location but did not pick up the goods within the specified time.
- Please note the pickup point address when placing an order and leave a message to the customer service. If there is no message or note of a specified location, we will randomly select logistics for delivery. If the package is returned due to a problem with the address and the doll cannot be picked up in time, the buyer needs to bear the shipping and return shipping costs and a 20% handling fee.
- All returned products will be strictly inspected. If we find that the doll is damaged or used in a way that makes it unsaleable, we will show the inspection pictures or videos and refuse to refund.
- When returning, please make sure the packaging is intact as when we shipped it, and the inside of the box is as solid as when we shipped it. If the box is damaged, please replace the box. The damaged box can easily cause damage to the doll during transportation. Otherwise, if the doll is damaged in transportation and cannot be resold due to a damaged outer box or poor packaging, we will not refund!
Defective Goods
If the outer box or outer packaging is severely damaged when received, please refuse to accept the goods and ask the courier for compensation. If the doll is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, including pictures or videos of the defective parts. Depending on your problem, we will provide one of the following solutions:

# Free repair tools
# Partial refund
# Wrong item
If you find that the product you received is not the one you purchased, please send us a picture of the doll you received by email. We will check the picture to confirm whether it is correct according to your order. If the picture confirms that this is the wrong item, we will send a replacement at our own expense or refund the full amount.
In order to get a free replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide proof of the wrong item. After 3 days, we will not arrange a replacement or refund.
7-day return and exchange service
AToyDoll supports return and exchange service within 7 days after placing an order, but the following conditions must be met:
1 Only orders with in-stock items
2 No wrong shipment or delivery.
3 No damage to the packaging.
4 The doll is intact and unopened.
Customers who meet the return conditions will be required to pay the following fees.
- 20% handling fee (including production, packaging, shipping and other handling costs)
- Shipping costs for delivery and return.
